‘Rapper’ 50 Cent Checks Into Hospital! (Video)

American rapper, record player and actor 50 Cent has been hospitalized to get some surgery done.The In Da Club hitmaker ha taken to Twitter.com on Wednesday May 16, 2012 so he could put some pictures up of himself as he lay in the hospital bed sharing his thoughts with his many followers as he is being taken to the operating room.

 The star didn’t speak about the procedure that he would be having done, but did assure his fans that his stay during this time wouldn’t affect the upcoming release of his EP The Lost Tape, due out on May 22, 2012. He tweeted,

‘Rapper’ Rick Ross’ Yacht Stopped, Searched For Drugs!

American rapper Rick Ross’s yacht had been stopped and searched by official in Florida this week. What had happened there was suspicion of someone onboard who was smoking marijuana.

 The hip-hop star had been relaxing along with his friends on Thursday April 19, 2012 when then what happened is officers from the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission flagged down the boat after allegedly noticing a strong smell of weed.

 The officers then entered the boat and did their search, however there were no drugs to be seem for this Ross and his friends had permission to go on their way, this according to Tmz.com.

’50 Cent’ Lawsuit Thrown At Him Over Use Of Song Track!

American rapper, entrepreneur, investor, record producer, and actor 50 cent is to face a lawsuit thrown at him by a producer who alleges that the star had sampled a song by The Persuaders without any permission.

Robert Poindexter, who did work on numerous of the tracks for the 1970s R&B group, has filed the suit in New York putting accusations out thee that the hip-hop star did in fact use part of the  bands track Love Gonna Pack Up and Walk Out in a song called Redrum, which was released free online in 2009.

In the legal documents, obtained by Tmz.com, Poindexter states,

“Fifty Cents (sic) has not denied the infringement, but appears to be basing his defence solely on a frivolous and immaterial claim that the illegal version is not being commercially exploited, but is given away for free.”

The website reports Poindexter is suing for unspecified statutory damages, plus $600,000 (£375,000) in punitive damages as well as interest.

‘Rapper’ Flo Rida Assets Freeze To Be Put Onto Him!

American rapper Flo Rida threatened with an Australia Asset freeze. Yes in fact once again he is to face this situation he lives by a court order judgment which had demanded him to pay eighty thousand dollars (£50,000) to a concert promoter.

Organizers of the Fat as Butter music festival were awarded the money from the judge of the hip hop singer who some on forseen reason skipped out on his appearance at the in Newcastle, Australia in October, 2011, at the last minute, citing “unforeseen circumstances”.

But papers are having trouble serving papers by the lawyers behind the festival, Mothership Music as they are finding it hard to get passed his security.

Mothership Music’s lawyer Stephanie Borg tells the Aap,

 ”We attended all the events (he has put on in Australia). However, he had (so) much security that personal service was impossible… We will be handing up an affidavit from our process server outlining the attempts we tried to make… We are seeking costs that we expended, out-of-pocket expenses including accommodation, vehicles and damage to our client’s business and goodwill.”

Now lawyers are pleading for the court to get theses papers to him either electronically or through his management. Judge Judith Gibson in New South Whales had indeed ruled the rapper’s real name Tramar Dillard assets to be frozen if he does not attend a court hearing Down Under this week April 16, 2012.

‘P Diddy’ Overzealous Fan Intrudes His Mansion!

American rapper P.Diddy’s Mansion broken into someone wears his clothes and eats his food. An intrusive fan has been charged with trespaassing an small larceny this comes after breaking and entering into  Hamptons mansion, reports E! Online. What the story is on April 1, 2012.

The person in question known as Quamine Taylor took a train and grapped a cab over to the home. He then somehow got inside using a basement door, he was caught twenty four hours after he made himself at home.

Get this! His first tmie around he had said he was his cousin and this time he had expressed he had permission. He had not been arrested until the caretaker explained to police that he was an intruder.

He’s currently sitting in the Suffolk County Jail on $2,000 bail.

Black Eyed Peas ‘Will.I.Am’ Sued Over Alleged Clothind Deal Gone Wrong!

American rapper, Will.I.Am to be sued by Clothing Company bosses over an alleged deal gone wrong. ‘The Black Eyed Peas’ singer is being dragged into a legal situation over this incident.

 The I Gotta Felling star is being sued that has put a claim fourth saying that her did agree to head up a designer line and then backed out of the agreement.

Lawyers for I.Am.Clothing claim the singer/producer also agreed to help design and market the clothes as part of the 2010 deal.

Company officials are suing for more than Two million (£1.25 million), reports Tmz.com.

”Crazy Town’ Singer Shifty, In Coma For Some Time Now, Kept From The Mother Of His two year Old!

Crazy Town singer Shifty Shellshock (Seth Brooks Binzer) seems to be in a coma, and the mother of the his child has no ideal that he was. American music artist has in fact been in the hospital now for some time for unknown causes.

 The British model Jasmine Lennard has explained to TMZ that his family never informed her of his admittance into a medical ward. Speaking of the Celebrity Rehab star’s battle with drugs, she said:

“The family is blaming me for leaving him during Christmas for this relapse.

” At the point of being told she had rushed to his side, reports are reporting that Shifty’s sister grabbed her arm and other family members cursed at her as she arrived at the intensive care unit.

Lennard said that things got so heated

“security was eventually called and [they] were all separated”

 ‘I Know You Want Me’ singer was honored for his career achievements and influence on the music industry. He also was named fro being the joint winner of the Songwriter of the Year title, alongside Wisin Y Yandel and Espinoza Paz.

‘Rapper’ Joe Budden Released On Bail Following His Arrest!

American rapper Joe Budden has been released on bail, this following his arrest in New York City in Thursday night March 29, 2012. The ‘Pump It Up’ singer had been due to perform with his group Slaughterhouse at Manhattan’s Best Buy theater but Budden had not showed.

There were reports that he had been taken into custody on an outstanding warrant. A representative for Budden has spoken out about the news revealing that he had been reprimanded for a $75 (Gbp47) unpaid parking ticket, dating back to 2007.

The rap star’s spokesperson tells Tmz.com,

 ”Cops showed up at a pre-concert meet-and-greet and informed Joe about a warrant out for his arrest due to an unpaid traffic ticket. The original fine was only $75… but cops still decided to arrest Joe and took him back to the station where he was booked and processed.”

According to the rep, Budden “handled the matter” and he has since been released.
