Jack Nicolson is afraid to die alone. Throughout Nicolson’s career, he portrayed unique and challenging roles and now he feels like he is facing his biggest challenge dying by himself, as he is yearning for just one more last romance. The seventy seven year old is the son of a former showgirl is well known for his womanizing ways and now at this time of his life he reportedly leaving this world single and alone.
The Hollywood actor has told US magazine Closer that he years for one last relationship but he’s doubts his wish will become a reality.
The star said he can no longer chat up women in public and that they are unlikely to trust him anyway due to his past.
“I would love that one last romance but I’m not very realistic about it happening. What I can’t deny is my yearning.
“No woman has ever recognised what I say as being legitimate – they don’t trust me. They think of my reputation – Jack the Jumper – so I’m damned by what women think.”
Nicolson’s days are spent playing golf and watching television at home with some pals.
Nicolson has four children, who are concerned about him.
A source also told The Telegraph:
“He’s afraid of dying alone in that house’ referring to his mansion that his children want him to sell. But he loves his old place in the Hollywood Hills.”
His ex-wife previously told Closer:
“He’s different from the Jack Nicholson image. The real Jack is a loving, caring, giving person.”
Nicholson had a long relationship with The Addams Family’s Anjelica Huston, but that came to a halt when he told her he was expecting a baby with actress Rebecca Broussard.
He wanted to stand by her but continue his romance with Anjelica, who wrote in her autobiography Watch Me:
“There’s only room for one of us women in this picture, and I am going to retire from it.”
