Former ‘Search for Tomorrow’ George Dickerson,81, Has Died

George Dickerson has died. During the eighty one year old’s career he was an actor, writer and poet, he was from Topeka, Kansas his father was a lawyer, he sadly died on January 10, 2014. It had been his son Dome Karukoski, who announced it in a Facebook post. He had appeared in Hill Street Blues, Blue Velvet and the soap opera Search for Tomorrow.

At the time of his death he had been living in New York and he was battling a long illness. He was also had an avid writing career as a poet, magazine writer, playwright and editor. Other appearances he made were in ,

“No Mercy,” “Psycho II,” “A Stranger in the Kingdom” and “Death Wish 4: The Crackdown.” Other TV credits include “The Incredible Hulk” TV series, “Son of the Morning Star” TV movie, “Miami Vice,” “Little House on the Prairie,” “Three’s Company,” “Hunter,” “Sledge Hammer!,” “Father Murphy” and “L.A. Law.”
