Bobbi Kristina Brown, the daughter of the late singer Whitney Houston had been found unresponsive in a tub. It was in 2012 when her mother was found dead in her guest room the same way and what a official coroner’s report showed that she had accidentally drowned in the bathtub, with heart disease and cocaine use listed as contributing factors. She was found on Saturday three years after her mother’s sad death.
A spokeswoman for the Roswell, Ga., Police Department, Officer Lisa Holland, said Brown was given cardiopulmonary resuscitation until rescuers arrived.
“Her husband and a friend located her in a bath tub this morning and she was unresponsive,” their statement read. “He started CPR and a police officer took over life-saving measures until an ambulance arrived. She was transported to the hospital. Please keep her and the family in your thoughts and prayers.”
Officer Lisa Holland, a spokeswoman for the Roswell PD, said Brown, who is about to turn 22 in March, was taken alive to North Fulton Hospital in Roswell.
The incident comes a week after a TV movie about her mother and two weeks before the three-year anniversary of her mother’s death, which happened on the eve of the 2012 Grammy Awards.
