Randy Travis still has speech struggles following stroke. He is a popular Country music star and since 1985 he has recorded 20 studio albums and charted more than 50 singles on the Billboard Hot Country Songs charts, and 16 of these were number one hits and he is still having health problems a year after his stroke. The Forever and Ever Amen vocalist was hit with the stork last July, 2013, her had
had psychical therapy to help restore his motor functions. Although he has made progress and can now walk with a cane, it has emerged that he is still struggling to talk.
Editors at Tmz.com report Travis has not regained his speech, almost a year later.
The singer’s representative confirmed the news and added that a therapist hopes Travis will recover and make a return to the stage in the coming years.
