Justin Bieber‘s model friend Chantel Jeffries has denied reports that she is trying to sell her side of the story. She had been in the yellow Lamborghini in which Bieber had been driving last week when he was pulled over for DUI. She allegedly speaks out that she is not doing what the media is saying, it is a lie. Twenty one year old Jeffries and Bieber have spent last couple of days on a Panama beach.
According to New York Daily News gossip column, a rep for Jeffries had contacted several weekly gossip magazines along with the producers of shows like
“The Today Show” and “Inside Edition” trying to book her for a $20,000 fee.
But a spokesperson for Jeffries told England’s MailOnline that the stories aren’t true and that they had “received multiple appearance requests for Chantel,” and none involved any form of payment.
“None were for compensation, especially not $20,000. None were accepted,” her spokesperson said. “‘The Today Show’ was the only one that was being even remotely considered, and they do not pay for their news. As I said, no appearance requests were ever accepted.”
Jeffries even posted a screenshot of the quote sent to MailOnline to her twitter page to confirm her denial. Just hours before she had posted a simple message on twitter: “So many false allegations going around, I will clear up everything very soon.”
“I would never ‘sell my story,’” she added later.
