Jessica Alba lives strict diet. An actress, who gained allot of fame from her role in the television series Dark Angel, when she was just nineteen, reveals that it is important to her, to follow this. She also starred in Into the Blue with the tragic star Paul Walker has two daughters, six year old Honor and three year old Haven with her husband Cash Warren, also revealed that it is only occasional when she has a treat, because keeping in shape is important to her.
The thirty three year old told to E! News:
”I don’t indulge too much. I mean, I love desserts and stuff, but I don’t think that’s very sinful.” She added:
”I love nachos so much! And tequila.”
Dancing helped tone her for a role in the upcoming sequel by dancing. She said:
”Looking back now, my friends are like, ‘Your body was really good when you were dancing. You should do that more often!”
But she added: ”I’m too tired for that.”
Recently she had admitted that she”freaked out” when thirty came around, but now feels happier than ever. She said:
”I had this ‘Aaagh!’ I’m not in my 20s anymore! What does it all mean?’ kind of freak-out.
”[But] I feel much better at 33 than I did at 23, even than I did at 30.”
She also revealed that she finds exercise to be quite boring. She said:
”I hate working out. It’s boring! I really only did it when I had a job that was physically demanding. But from age 17 until I was 27, all I did were movies that were physically demanding–so all I did was work out all the time!”
