Jackie Chan, Drowning Tragedy During Filming

Jackie Chan’s latest movie Rush Hour claims the life of a cameraman while o the set filming. Chan is a popular actor and martial artist, known for his action roles such as Rush Hour and Shanghai Nights cast and crew are now devastated over this sad tragedy because what happened is the cameraman drowned. Sixty year old Chan is currently filming,

Skiptrace, about a Hong Kong detective (Chan) who partners with an American gambler (Johnny Knoxville) in order to take down a notorious criminal. However, filming came to a halt when a vessel capsized.

According to the South China Morning Post, Chan Kwok-hung, 51, died after the 15-metre long vessel carrying the film crew capsized at around 3:00 a.m. only 30 meters off shore from Lantau Island. Other crew members aboard were able to safely swim back to shore. However, Chan Kwok-hung was later found unconscious before being announced dead at the hospital.

Chan Kwok-hung had worked in the industry for more than 20 years.
