Elizabeth Banks dislikes being hung-over around her children. The Seabiscuit actress says when she was young, yes she liked to drink and feeling drunk when she was living in New York. However now the Pitch Perfect star only sometimes dose the drunken walk home after a night out. Asked if she has ever done a walk of shame in real life, she said:
”Plenty. It’s going to happen. And I get motion sickness, so instead of getting in a taxi, I’d do the walk of shame for real.”
The forty year old says her children, to whom she shares with husband Max Handleman, three year old Felix and eighteen month old Magnus keep her from having a night now only once in blue moon, not letting herself get too bad. She also says spending alone time with her husband is important to make a relationship run smooth.
She told Us Weekly magazine:
”I don’t think I have. Now that I have kids, it’s a completely different kind. I have to accept they’re going to see me when I’ve had a big night.”
She said previously:
”We’ll be like, ‘Let’s ask the nanny to stay late so we can run out and have sushi by ourselves.’ And we spend Sunday night curled up on the couch together, watching ‘Game of Thrones’ and ‘Mad Men’.”
