Yoko Ono is grateful that the legendary Beatle, Paul Mccartney let go the long running grudge. The wife of the late Beatle, John Lennon has showed her gratitude to him for putting the feud behind him, as he showed the world by putting it in a new Rolling Stone magazine article.
Mccartney has also said that his bad feelings against her have mellow thorough the years. He was putting blame that it was some of doing that the Beatles fell apart.
He told Rolling Stone,
“I thought, ‘If John loved her, there’s got to be something. He’s not stupid’” and added that bandmate George Harrison once advised him to let go of his negative feelings, telling MCCartney, “You don’t want stuff like that hanging around in your life”.
Ono has confessed that she is grateful for MCCartney‘s comments because she has long admired his work.
She tells the Associated Press,
“I’m very thankful. I never felt too bad about Paul. He was my husband’s partner and they did a great job and all that. They seemed to have a lot of fun, and I respected that.”
