Constance Jablonski has been hit with a lawsuit and it is by her former modeling agency. The Victoria’s Secret Model, who had been discovered at the age of twenty one in 2008 is been sued by bosses of Marilyn Model Management for breach of contract following singing with the
competitor, DNA Model Management, just last moth December 2012. Supposedly she allegedly had an agreement to appear on the firm’s talent roster through 2014. There have been papers filed at the Manhattan Court on Tuesday, January 15, 2013. Also former agents allege that the French beauty’s highly-publicized exit damaged their reputation, as well as their ability to secure new clients.
Marilyn Model Management executives are trying to get the amount of three point three million dollars (£2.1 million) in damages and an injunction barring DNA chiefs from representing Jablonski, this is according to the New York Daily News.
