Martine McCutcheon has opened up about the torment of depression she went through for seven years. The EastEnders actress (Tiffany Mitchell) reveals she had thought serious of suicide following her ME Diagnosis.
Her debut single Perfect Moment made international success, lets out about how she lived the worse seven years of her life. This meant she would have to be in a wheelchair, declaring bankrupt as she was not able to work.
Speaking to The Sun, the 37-year-old said:
“Life felt like hell every day.” She continued: “I would just say, ‘Please, whatever this is, it is making me feel so bad, just let it kill me’.”
Well now the star has high hopes to actually turn her life around, feeling optimistic about her future.
“Thanks 4 all the support re my piece in The Sun today. Part 2 tomor. M.E and depression is hard but I am on top of it and u can be too! X,” she wrote on Twitter.
