Anna Faris is happy that she no longer has to strip for roles. She is best known for her acting role in moves like Scary Movie, House Bunny and I Give It a Year. It has taken some time, but she finally found the role in which she can keep her clothes on. The Mom star reveals that some of her early scripts did call for some kind of nudity,
“The roles are getting better,” Farris told the Metro newspaper. “I’m grateful I don’t have to be chasing a guy in my underwear. In my 20s, it felt like there was a point in every script where it said, ‘As she slowly unbuttons her blouse.’”
Faris also admitted that that she was “competitive” and “insecure” in the beginning of her career in Hollywood, but as she became of mother to her fourteen month old son Jack, to who she shares with “Parks and Recreation” star Chris Pratt opened her eyes to see the big picture and focus less on the small things.
“I feel like I was in a panic in my 20s,” Faris says. “I was competitive and insecure and I took rejection harder. Having a baby makes your priorities shift. I’m feeling very fortunate and happy.”
