Ronnie Wood’s ex wife is happy that he is married once again. The English rock musician best known for being part of The Rolling Stones seem to have found love again, and she had expresses to him that he does fall back into drinking he will be in trouble with her. The guitarist is now in his third marriage with theater producer Sally Humphreys, to whom he wed in December, 2012.
He had parted ways with his second wife, Jo in 2008 and has spoken out about his latest trip down the aisle, insisting she is pleased he remarried, but hopes he doesn’t go back to his previous bad habits.
She tells Britain’s Weekend magazine,
“I’m happy for Ronnie… He should be proud he’s finally stopped drinking and I’m happy he’s found somebody else, too. I just hope he doesn’t go back to what he was like.”
Wood endured a few trips over the last years to re-hab as he did struggle with booze. He has although quit drinking for good. She adds,
“Towards the end of our marriage, his alcoholism reached a grand scale and he used to have crates of vodka delivered to the house… Ronnie’s drinking was completely out of control.”
Wood was also married to Krissy Findlay from 1971 to 1978.
