Paul Walker dies at the age of forty and stars leave tributes to the fallen star. Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson and Vin Diesel lead the tributes following the star’s sudden passing Following the tragic passing of actor Walker earlier this week, there has been an outpouring of emotion from Hollywood on behalf of the 40-year-old actor.
A number of celebrities have taken to their social media accounts to send their condolences to Walker’s family and pay tribute to the fallen star. Paul’s death has hit hard with emotions all through Hollywood and all his fans. What happened is Walker and Roger Rodas, both lost their lives in a fiery crash which occurred on November, 30, 2013. Rodas lost control hitting a light post and tree. The pair were pronounced dead at the scene.
The pair were leaving a fundraising event for Walker’s charity Reach Out Worldwide, which was aiming to raise money for the victims of Typhoon Haiyan at the time.
As his death was announced and hit the airwaves, messages of condolence soon followed, with his Fast and Furious co-stars leading the way in their tributes to Walker.
Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson tweeted,
“All my strength, love & faith to the Walker family during this heartbreaking time. We find our strength.. in his light. Love you brother.”
“Brother I will miss you very much. I am absolutely speechless. Heaven has gained a new Angel. Rest in Peace,” Vin Diesel wrote on his Instagram page, along with a photo of him with Walker. Tyrese Gibson took to FaceBook to send out his regards, describing his confusion and heartbreak towards the tragic incident. Sending his prayers to Walker’s family and only daughter, he ended his tribute by further outlining his shock, saying, ” I can’t believe I’m writing this.”
Rapper and fellow F&F star Ludacris also gave his condolences, posting a heartfelt message and photograph honouring Walker on hisInstagram page. He wrote,
“Your humble spirit was felt from the start, wherever you blessed your presence you always left a mark, we were like brothers & our birthdays are only 1 day apart, now You will forever hold a place in all of our hearts @paulwalker legacy will live on forever. R.I.P.”
