Khloe Kardashian, Workouts And Hiking For Weight Loss!

Khole Kardashian speaks out about weight loss, the American socialite and television personality known for being a member of Keeping Up with the Kardashians tells how she managed her weight and how she got her best bod ever. The twenty eight year old reality star does say that she is happy with the way she looks.

“Everything in moderation,” Khloe said. “Right now, I try to go on hikes or something. I work out at least four to five days a week.

“When I was a chunky little 8-year-old and I had these two beautiful sisters [Kim and Kourtney], I’d wonder, why don’t I look like that?

“Since I have had time in LA — meaning noX Factor and no traveling to Miami every week [to film Kourtney & Kim Take Miami] — I have had time to stick to a workout.”
