Kevin Sorbo had spent three months learning to walk after some strokes. The Andromeda and Hercules star back in the 1990‘s took four months to get back to walking suffering from theses strokes and while on shoot for the television series Hercules.
What had happened is that he woke one day with blurry vision, from there he went to the hospital as doctors had discovered aneurysm in an artery near his shoulder, which had been producing blood clots for some time. As he struggled silently with his health problems and coming out with news in 2011 now admits the medical scare was very serious.
Speaking about his recovery, he tells U.S. breakfast show Today,
“It took four months of rehab to learn how to walk again. It took three, four years to recover.”
“I had four strokes actually… That (last) one (blood clot) dissolved on the way to the hospital at Cedars-Sinai (in Los Angeles)… That one was (affecting my)… speech… I’m pretty fortunate.”
