Jon Cryer has opened up about his hair loss. The forty eight year old, who first started his career off in the romantic comedy No Small Affair then moving onto being a regular on the sitcom Two and a Half Men has revealed that his stylists sometimes covers his head in ‘shoe polish’ so he can hide that he is losing hair.
He opened up about this big news while he was appearing on the U.S. chat show Conan on Monday night, November 11, 2013. He has confessed my hair is gone now.
He told host Conan O’Brien,
“This is an elaborate illusion. This is the work of several talented professionals making the most of, like, four hairs. It’s amazing, actually, what they can do. I’m not wearing a piece – or anything like that – but it’s a long involved process that starts with stuff like shoe polish. Basically, they coat the top.
“They basically just paint – they get a roller type thing… and then they literally sprinkle powder in from a salt shaker. So this is, like I said, four or five hairs.”
And Cryer also admits when it’s rain that’s when he has to be more careful.
“It flattens out and you can get the nice little rivulets going down.”
