‘American Idol’ Scotty Mccreery Lawsuit Thrown At Him!

Scotty Mccreery to be sued by former manager. The winner of the tenth season of the reality television show American Idol has been thrown with a lawsuit by the ex manager.

The person in question, Todd Cassetty is putting claim towards the country singer that he is owed money for services and he has not received anything since they started working together last October, 2012.

Mccreery is saying he allegedly orally agreed to hand over to the businessman fifteen per cent of his revenue. However the two did part way in April, 2013, and their financial agreement had not been in writing, for this the boss of,

 Cassetty Entertainment has taken legal action against the nineteen year old in Davidson County, Tennessee seeking unspecified actual, consequential and punitive damages.

The documents were filed last week (begs01Jul13) and an excerpt obtained by the Nashville Post reads
