Adele tackles her nerves. The English singer-songwriter really wants to fight her stage fright as she is seeing a hypnotherapist ahead of her performance at the Academy Awards. The star is getting ready for her first performance at the Oscar awards ceremony since the birth of her new baby boy.
She is to sing the theme tune to the newest James Bond movie ‘Skyfall‘ which will happened during a special section dedicated to the franchise. The twenty four year old has admitted she is quiet keen on seeking the professional help she needs so she can conquer her nerves.
A source said:
”A friend in LA recommended the hypnotherapist because Adele was getting so nervous about the gig. She has been rehearsing for the show with an orchestra, but all the preparation in the world isn’t enough to keep her calm.”
The ‘Rolling In The Deep’ singer is vocalist is known for her nerves being shot prior to live performances and has also said she wouldn’t be able to perform in arenas due to her fear.

‘She was so nervous before last year’s Grammys that she was sick before going on stage. She doesn’t want a repeat of that.”
The 2013 Oscars are set to take place on February 24, 2013
