‘Brilliant Creatures’ Terry Nutkins dead at the age of sixty six years old. He is famous for presenting the hit wildlife shows which include Animal Magic and The Really Wild Show, passed away on Thursday September 6, 2012 following a battle with leukemia.
He also had done cameo appearances on Celebrity Ghost Stories and Ready Steady Cook, and also appeared in a documentary about famed Crocodile Hunter star Steve Irwin. He was a father of eight children and he was a beekeeper and an official member of the British Beekeepers’ Association.
Following news of his death, animal-loving funnyman Ricky Gervais took to Twitter.com to pay tribute, writing,
“RIP Terry Nutkins. Animal lover and thoroughly nice chap.”
