‘Transformers’ News, Injured Stuntwoman Reaches Settlement Of $18.5 Million! (Video)

A stunt woman injured on the set of Transformers wins eighteen point five million dollars. She had been left brain damaged and a partial papalization following an accident while on set of Dark of the Moon.

She has reached a settlement with the producers.Gabriela Cedillo had filed a lawsuit against bosses at Paramount Pictures and Dream Works Studios when a cable which was holding a car on set of the franchise’s third film snapped and sliced open her skull in September, 2010.

The woman who was twenty six years old had been air lifted to an Indiana hospital for emergency surgery and film chiefs promised to cover all Cedillo’s medical costs, according to Tmz.com.

The on-set accident prompted an investigation by the Indiana Occupation Safety and Health Administration (Iosha) to determine whether director Michael Bay‘s set was in violation of any safety codes. Officials concluded producers were not to blame for the,
