American painter of popular realistic, bucolic, and idyllic subjects Thomas Kinkade‘s who in fact passed away this month, seems to have been secretly separated from his wife Nanette and as nobody knew he was living with Amy Pinto-Walsh for at least eighteen months at his Mansion in Los Gatos, California.
Now the story goes like this Nanette along with the Kinkade Family Trust would like a restraining order given to his mistress. Their request will be heard be Santa Clara County Superior Court Judge Patricia M. Lucas this Tuesday, and would like to keep
“defaming, criticizing, disparaging or discrediting Nanette Kinkade, or any company owned by Kinkade,” reports the Los Gatos Patch.
And also to stop Pinto-Walsh to ever publishing anything about Kinkade or his businesses, or anything about Nanette. Back in February 2011 Pinto-Walsh had signed an agreement of confidentially with the Trust, and now they want this enforced.
But it’s alleged in the petition that she has now “announced to a friend of the Kinkade family” that her plans are to put out information about Kinkade and sell private photographs.
As RadarOnline.com reported, Kinkade died at age the age of fifty four suddenly.
