. Former ‘That ‘70s show star Wilmer Valderrama has been sued for eighty nine thousand dollars over a break-dancing show. He seems to be a bad boss who in fact ripped off his employees. This is allegedly according to two people who had worked on his reality show.
The two people in question are drivers Thomas McNeil and James Martell and they have set a lawsuit in motion in a Los Angeles County Superior Court, claiming Wilmer hired them for the production of “King of the Floor” — a web-series on You-Tube about break-dancers.
What the lawsuit is saying is that it was discussed that they would be payed twenty five dollars an hour for the job which lasted upwards of eighteen hours for two days — but they wound up with a pittance.
Now, they’re suing Wilmer for allegedly violating labor laws — and they want eighty nine thousand five hundred and fifty dollars.
