‘Survivor’s Jeff Probst ‘ Confirms The New Season Will Consist Of Three Tribes!

American reality television series which has been produced in many countries all over the world. Contestants are isolated on and Island to compete for cash and to see who will become the ultimate survivor. The format of Survivor was created in 1992 by British television producer Charlie parsons.

 Host ‘Jeff Probst’ had now confirmed that the next upcoming Survivor will consists of three tribes. Probst had revealed during the close of Survivor: One World’s reunion show that Survivor: Philippines will feature three contestants from previous show who had been forced to depart early for medical reasons. “First we decided on three tribes, that was the first thing. And that was just an effort to change up the way the numbers were playing,” Probst told Entertainment Weekly.

“People were locking into these alliances of five. So we thought, ‘OK, let’s try a three-tribe scenario and see what that does’.”

Speaking of his love for,

“returnees [and] second chances”, Probst continued: “Then we hit on the evacuees and went, ‘That’s it!’ These are true second chances. They were pulled from the game. They didn’t quit. They didn’t get voted out. They were yanked.”

Survivor: Philippines, which was filmed earlier this year in the Caramoan Islands, will air later in 2012 on CBS.
