Singer ‘Drake Being Sued By Ex girlfriend!

 Canadian recording artist and actor, Drake is sued by his ex-girlfriend over a song, apparently she is looking for damages and co-writer damages for his 2011 song ‘Marvin’s Room’.

 Miss Erika Lee is claiming to be the singer girlfriend, and she has filed against him a lawsuit, she is alleging he did in fact agree to share the profits between the both of them, after he had agreed on the opening monologue and the song’s “hook”.

It was back on Thursday 2, 2012 in a California federal court an she did go on to say they were quiet romantic and a personal relationship as a couple, this according to the Hollywood Reporter.

The complaint – which alleges that Drake sent Ericka a text message stating she could have two per cent of the

“publishing royalties” – reads: “Plaintiff’s contribution is highly significant to the overall work.”

In July 2011, Ericka made a claim at the US Copyright Office regarding the song – which has been viewed more than thirty million times on YouTube – stating:

“My works and voice are used on this work.”
