He was hit with this following a raid at his home, to repossess items due to a financial dispute. He was convicted of a felon, he reached a plea deal avoiding ten years, he appeared in a Nashville court Friday July 13, 2012 to receive is punishment.
Under the terms of the agreement, the rapper will serve three years behind bars, but will be given an early release after 18 months if he stays out of trouble while locked up. He will then be placed on three years’ probation.
“I’ve had some rough times. I’ve been fighting the bankruptcy situation, as well as my court situations. My pride is through the roof. My head is held high. I’m just looking to get all this behind me.”
Young Buck (David Darnell Brown) is to begin his prison term on 13 August, 2012. He currently resides as president of his own record label, Ca$hville Records.
