Olympic athlete, Ryan Lochte parents are allegedly in debt and are facing foreclosure. The American international swimmer may have to help his parents because TMZ has learned that they could allegedly loose their home.
According to a lawsuit which has been filed in Volusia County, Florida, the claim is that Steven and Ileane Lochte took out a mortgage loan for two hundred and fifty eight thousand dollars back in 2007 and needed to pay one thousand six hundred nine dollars and fifty eight cents a month.
However though according to the bank, the Lochtes did stop making payments in February 2011 — and now owe two hundred and forty two thousand two hundred and thirty nine dollars (plus interest) on the home. The bank is suing to foreclose on the house in order to get its money back.
Mrs. Lochte had filed a motion to dismiss the case last month, but a judge has yet to rule.
