Footballer ‘Junior Seau’ autopsy has been completed, no drugs & no alcohol in his system have been found. It has been reportedly stated that when Seau shot himself back in may he was sober, his cause of death had been ruled as suicide, this is according to the San Diego medical examiner.
Now TMZ had obtained his autopsy report, which has been filed by Deputy Medical Examiner Craig Nelson. It does show Seau died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the chest from a .357 caliber revolver on May 2, 2012.
The report also shows,
”No alcohol, common drugs of abuse, or other medications were detected.”
However they did find just a trace of sleep aid. Also by the request of his family his brain tissue had gone over to the National Institutes of Health. Also it has been reported that there was no suicide note left behind.
