Meat Loaf to bid goodbye with a farewell tour. The hard rock musician real name (Michael Lee Aday) known for his album ‘Bat our Of Hell’ will be saying goodbye to all his fans, as he will tour across the UK and Germany and it will be called ‘Last At Bat’.
The ‘I’d Do Anything For Love’ vocalist’s career end will go down in style and the show will be split two halves on stage, where the singer will first singing his hits which do span the whole of his career before he performs the whole of his 1977 album ‘Bat Out Of Hell’ in full for the last time. It is the biggest selling album of all time, with forty five million copies sold.
Speaking about the huge success of his music and his upcoming tour, Meat Loaf said:
”When Jim and I first came together, we couldn’t have dreamt the profound effect ‘Bat Out Of Hell’ would have on both our lives, and the lives of our fans around the world.
”I know the fans will enjoy the show as much as I enjoyed putting it together.”
The rocker wants to make it up to his fans this time around after canceling his 2007 tour due to a cyst on his vocal cords.
