‘Lmfao’ Being Sued Over Breach Of Contract!

American electro pop duo rappers LMFAO have been sued by former mangers. The pair Stefan Kendal Gordy and his nephew SkyBlu are facing a seven million dollar (£4.4 million) lawsuit.

Bosses at personal management company Rpm Grp are putting claim that the band had signed a deal along with them back in 2008 but had later walked away from this contract hiring  two of the firm’s former employees to manage them instead. In a lawsuit in Santa Monica Court in California, accuses the duo of breach of contract, tortious interference and accounting. The papers state,

“Lmfao has thanked the managers who took them from ’0 to 60′ by throwing them under the tour bus (i.e. firing them). Instead of hiring new managers, Lmfao then poached two employees of the original managers, hiring them on a salary instead of paying a commission to the original managers.”

Redfoo had been given the legal in person in los Angeles this week April 16, 2012 as he was about to perform on the reality show American Idol, he was seen posing in a photo with a woman who handed the papers to him. In a photo which had been obtained by TMZ.com the star is smiling and holding legal papers.
