‘Heavy Metal’ Lamb Of God, Randy Blythe arrested in the Czech Republic on the suspicion of manslaughter, this is according to reports. Just on June 28, 2012 the band had to drop out of of a they had planned at the Hard Rock Cafe in Prague following the lead vocalist being taken into custody.
What has happened is this arrest comes following an incident back in 2012 at one of the band’s shows when all of a sudden a fan jumped on to the stage and during that time was seriously hurt, he died as a result of his injuries.
A band representative tells the Examiner.com web site Blythe was,
”wrongfully accused” and insists “lawyers are dealing with it”.
The spokesperson adds,
“We expect him to be fully exonerated.”
Shortly after his arrest, the message
“Free Randy Blythe” appeared on the group’s Twitter.com page.
