Lady Gaga has been slapped with a lawsuit by MGA Entertainment. They have put fourth ten million dollars against her the manufacturer alleges she and her management company backed out of a deal between the two sides.
MGA claims Gaga acted in “bad faith” after first agreeing to include a voice chip with the doll and have it ready for sale before Christmas comes around. The company thinks that she may be stalling time so it can coincide with her album for release in 2013.
