The ‘Billie Jean’ singer executors of Michael Jackson’s estate have in fact launched a legal battle against the King of Pop’s former manager. The Estate attorney Howard Weitzman is indeed accusing Dr. Tohme Tohme of taking from the singer out of millions of dollars by forcing Jackson to sign an agreement, awarding him a flat monthly allowance of $35,000 (£21,875) and also fifteen per cent of the singer’s earnings.
Additionally, Tohme allegedly conned Jackson into paying him a $100,000 (£62,500) producer’s fee for each month of his doomed This Is It comeback tour in London and another ten per cent of profits if the icon ever sold his fabled Neverland Ranch in California.
According to Tmz.com, Jackson executors are suing for damages. Tohme had been fired by the pop superstar just three months before his tragic death in June, 2009
