‘Jazz Singer’ Al Jarreau Forced To Cancel More Shows, As He Fights Pneumonia Again! (Video)

American Jazz singer ‘Al Jarreau’ has canceled more shows. He has in fact been forced to drop out of three shows over in France as he is battling a bad case of pneumonia.

It had been just last month also May 12, 2012 when the seventy two year old had to shut down a concert in California, after after been admitted into the hospital and then diagnosed with the potentially deadly lung condition, but he did assure his fans that he would be back at work soon.

But now that seems as if it will not happen as he has canceled at the Jazzellerault Festival in Chatellerault, France on Thursday June 7, 2012, as well as gigs in Bordeaux and Paris next weekend June ninth and tenth, 2012.

A spokesperson for the star says in a statement,

“He was so happy with the idea of playing before a new audience at (the Jazzellerault Festival) in Chatellerault, where he has never played (before)… He apologies to fans… and all those who have purchased tickets for these concerts.”

Jarreau hopes to get back to his tour in Orleans, France on 28 June 2012.
