‘Garth Brooks’ Wins One Million Dollar Lawsuit Over Misused Donation!

American country music artist, Garth Brooks has been awarded one million dollars in a Lawsuit. He has indeed won against an Oklahoma hospital he claimed had misused his $500,000 donation.

The singer’s attorney for the singer had stated that in 2005, the Integris Canadian Valley Regional Hospital in Yukon got him to make a sizeable donation in the return for naming a building after his mother, but the project never did happened.

Now on the other hand, the hospital did go on to say, that there was never agreement on what the money should be used for, so they distributed the funds as they saw fit. But jurors agreed with Brooks, awarding him his $500,000 back – plus another $500,000 in punitive damages.
