‘Desperate Housewives’ Marcia Cross, Therapy Sessions To Help Cope!

Desperate Housewives actress Marcia Cross attends weekly therapy sessions, so she can cope with her strain of life in the spotlight. The former Melrose Place star holds a master’s degree in psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles, but however she seeks outside help to get her through the stress she faces in her own life.

She tells Easy Living,

”Gosh, yes (I go to therapy). Being able to talk to somebody and hear yourself reflected back is really important.

“We’re constantly growing. Life’s a spiritual journey. If I have time on a Saturday morning, I try to squeeze (a session) in.”

“I’ve been under so much pressure for so long, now I’m trying to find a little more ease in my life. I’m trying not to stress out about things, and just be in the moment.”

The last few years have been quiet stressful for her, she was placed on bed rest, and her husband Tom Mahoney was diagnosed with cancer.
