‘Candace Bushnell’ Has Settled ‘Sex And The City Lawsuit’

Sex and the City’ Candace Bushnell has settled a lawsuit with them. What the story is, the Author has settled a long time running legal battle with her former manger of the quiet popular franchise.

Bushnell was the person who wrote the original column which then went into a book behind the hit TV and film series, had a lawsuit against her over allegations that he had been owed commission for making introductions which led to the creation of the franchise.

In 2006 the two did settle the first round of battles, but then again Streit then sued this year in 2012 and has claimed Bushnell did fail to adhere to the terms of the agreement.

At first the writer, reportedly paid Streit two hundred and thirty thousand dollars $230,000 (£143,705) between the years of 2006 and 2009, and also agreeing upon covering future Sex and the City movies and DVD sales, this is according to New York Post gossip column Page Six.
